How Ordering Works

Every Qoya piece is reserved, not purchased outright, at checkout. When you place an order, you're securing your item — payment and shipping are confirmed directly with us afterward, via Email.

Once your order is reserved, we'll be in touch within 3 business days to confirm shipping details and provide a quote based on your location and the item(s) you've chosen.

Processing Time

Our pieces are made in small batches by artisans in the Sacred Valley, so processing time depends on what you've ordered. We'll give you a clear estimate when we confirm your order.

Where We Ship To

Right now, we ship to Europe and South America. Because rates and transit times vary by destination and item, shipping cost isn't calculated at checkout — we'll send you a personal quote once your order is reserved, so you know exactly what to expect before anything is charged.

If you're outside these regions and would still like an item, reach out — we may be able to arrange something on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Once shipping is confirmed, payment is completed via Wise, Revolut or bank transfer. We'll walk you through this directly.
